I prefer to meet people in person, however, I do offer online sessions via doxy.me when appropriate.

Prior to your first session please call your insurance to inquire about your benefits, coverage, copay, and preauthorization. Please arrive 10-15min early for your first appointment to complete intake paperwork or print forms ahead of time and bring them completed to your first session. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.

During the first session we will get to know each other and find out more about what you are hoping to achieve in counseling.  I look forward to meeting you!
